Going for a "Big" ride in the mountains next week. Cousin assured me it will be my longest ride ever. Gas will not be a problem, specific gas points along the way. So how many miles did you guys put on the bike in one day?? Want to know what a "big" ride is to the veteran riders.

Anyone know how I can change my drn screen name?

I have gone over 160 miles, but it was not harsh terrain. Did it on my KLX 650 which was the most comfortable dirt bike I have ever ridden. Also the worst handling bike I have ever owned.

Moose95 and I have done about 60 in tight trails hill climbing and whooped out turns. All the time dodging rail buggies and 4 wheelers. After that we where smoked!

About a month ago 67 miles 1 Sunday complete rock trail w/an occaisonal creek very tight -OZARK MOUNTAINS - White Rock very exhausted at end ready for a shower and a Beer!

I do 50-60 commonly, and I've done 3 ~80 milers.

The hardest part, literally, is the seat on my bike.

All the riding I do is in tight gnarly woodsy stuff, so I've never gone over 70 in one day, but most times I go riding, I ride 40-50.
