how much crank case oil does my 96 RM250 need?

I bought the bike awhile back and have not had a chance to ride. I'm finally taking the bike out this weekend so I need to change the crank case oil. the crank case cover has no info at all regarding the oil capacity. how much does it take? Thanks :ride:

It should say 750 ml on the clutch cover.

The crankcase takes no oil. It is fed by the gas/oil mixture.

Your best bet would be to invest in a service manual. Will save you many $$$$$$$ in the future.

Good catch. I read tranny, not crankcase. I hope that's what he meant.

yes, I do mean the tranny. I have a ratio right so I should be fine. thanks :)
