How much oil?

I have a 03 cr125 and I never got the owners manual with it, and looked all over the internet, and dont know how much oil im spose to put in it after I drain it all out, also what kind is preffered by some of you? Thanks for any help.

It should be marked on the motor somewhere near the filler cap. I use Type F tranny fluid in my bikes.

Most bikes take .850 liter. Put a whole quart of your favorite brand in there and change if often. I use ATF type F myself, yz250.

Don't do that measure it out! The idiot owner who had the bike before me dumped the whole quart in there and it wouldn't shift out of first gear.
