How to fix gas tank?

I have a 99 YZ125, and the 2 bolts are cross-threaded and stuck in the gas tank. When I try to get them out, they just spin along with the anchor for the bolts. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

The popular fix is to pull out the bolt along with the brass insert. You will need to prepare the surface of the tank where the insert goes: enlarge and sand for a rough finish. Use 30+ min. epoxy to glue back in place the insert. It will never spin around again.

I center punch and then drill them out starting with a small bit and work
my way back up to just smaller than the threads and your done.
