LA or San Diego Riz? Come on now. Our weather is just as nice as theirs (well maybe a little warmer, not bad when you get used to it though) but we don't have all the liberals. We also don't have to worry about any Rangers coming to bother us about a sticker.
i couldn't stand riding in florida. in the winter it would be great, but in the summer it'll be like 95 degrees outside which isn't too bad except for the like 3000% humidity!
marcv125, when life gives you snow, make snowballs! Try skiing (downhill or x-country), snowboarding, ice skating, snowmobiling etc. No point in getting depressed over the weather, just try to find a new hobby to keep you occupied over the winter. There are lots of displaced dirt bikers out on the slopes this time of year. Just about every time Dave and I go out skiing and have our KTM jackets on, we meet someone who recognizes the logo and starts up a dirt bike conversation!
I want to move to SoCal to get away from the rain! The only reason I would choose SoCal over Florida is I don't like humidity, but who knows maybe I would get used to it fast. Those sandy tracks that I hear about sure get my attention! Maybe one day I will take a vacation there and see if I like it as much as SoCal, and then I can make a decision.:think
ohhh thx for rubbing it in. DO u mean putting screws in the tire. Well tried that.Theyt kept coming out all of the time. Under the snow here i have very hard surface..So anything i tried they would just keep coming out. :uh:
i hate it when poeple come down here(florida)to get out of the snow and then conplain about the hot weather. i Hate cold weather, i've lived in FL all my life and would rather have it 105 deg.than 35 deg.
and its quad redneck headquarters at ocala and croom after huntin season
Move to texas, best kept secret in the USA, especially Amarillo, this is a great little place, no traffic, friendly people, and good riding, what more do you want - even have the sea down south if you want to drive, Colorado and New Mexico are a few hours drive. Man, I like this place. Only problem - too far from the Midwest Spodefests ! :)
