I have just purchased a used 1994 pw80 and cannot get it to idle without the choke on. I cleaned the carb, but no help. I am a newbie on 2 strokes. Can anyone give me hints as to what to replace? Also, what is the standard setup for the air and fuel screws? Finally, the fuel needle valve needle is blunt, rounded, rather than sharp. Is this normal.
