Got a cool gift for my birthday, a set of IMS Pro Series footpegs and a pair of Tech 8s.

I've been concentrating on improving my bike's performance and I was caught totally off-guard by how well this "non-performance" combo works in the "general improvement" category.

Anybody else use these? I figure the footpegs could double as a survival weapon - just grab them with a pair of visegrips and you're set!

Have those pegs on my CR... love 'em! And about the Tech 8's? Let me tell ya, those pegs will grip ANY boot. :)

Soon as I get the $, they will be on the YZ too. GREAT improvement.

Good choice LocoCD. Be careful loading and unloading your bike with those footpegs. They can remove massive amounts of skin if you happen to brush up against them. They can also be used for scaling fish, skinning small animals, de-barking trees, etc....:confused:

I already slipped an old pair of shredded MX socks over the pegs for hauling!
