Podium One, Charlestown, Indiana has immediately closed operations.
It was a very poular track and was built and maintained as good as any around. Night lighted, very technical, supercross/motocross track w/woods moto section and a very cool over/under. Usually 200-300 rider turnouts (AMA).
Place has a fully stocked pro shop, restrooms and even some showers. Restaurant and two full bleacher sections. This place was a transformed dirt car oval in a great location.
The place was a money maker, but apparently the owners have other business' and decided to let the track go mid-season (read: didn't pay the light bill)
If anyone is in the track market, I think this would be the facility to check out. The facility is being marketed by Steven Lannert of Harry K. Moore / commercial division.
