Indy with the 50mm 1.8

I tried the 50 out for the first time since my first few races with the D-Rebel a few years ago. I only used it for a short time, but looks like it will now be a regular lens for my MX photography.

This photo is not edited in any way other than resize. Not a great photo comp wise, but I was surprised with the results of this $100 lens

As we discussed, I can't imagine there is a better bargain in the Canon lineup than the "nifty fifty".

Just got home and checked but you stripped the exif in pp, that's not wide open is it?

I don't have many lenses, but that's my favorite! It's waaaay sharp compared to my other stuff.

It's either f/7.1 or f/8.0.

I took 2 shots wide open, and they actually look ok. I will be using it a bit more next time for sure.
