Hey guys just a quick question someone might be able to help me with, I'm about to reassemble my bottom end in my CR250, what i'm wondering is do I fit all the seals to the halves before fitting the crank and joining them together or is it best to just fit the bearings then the crank and do the seals last? any help appreciated. Cheers

I install the bearings and seals first, then assemble the case halves. Also note that the crank seals can be installed too deep and cover the main bearing oil holes in the cases. If this happens, you get the thrill of separating the cases again to replace seized bearings.
