I have a few questions for everone out there. The shop that I work for is trying to figure out the best way to handle our e-commerce portion of the business. My questions are : When you choose an internet company to do business with how do you decide where to make your purchase? Is it price, or past experiences? How do you find the business in the first place? Pop up ads or banners on websites? Any help that you could provide would be most appreciated. Does the product selection (brands carried) play a large part.

Usually I'll try them if they are a DRN sponsor. Then I'll go back to them based on service, selection and finally price.
