I had a '94 KDX with the USD forks. The forks were what I did not like about the motorcycle. I was never able to make them turn well in the woods. They did take big hits well. Another thing was the protection of the lower fork legs (from damage) in rough riding areas. I am sure that technology has improved the situation with USD forks much in 10 years and I am not sure those on the '94 were very good to start with. I read that the KDX 200 in a late KX 125 frame is a great combination esp for racing. Now you have another .02 probably worth what it cost you. Cheers John
