The last I heard, it is not.

I spoke with the Eco Dev Director of Nocona and he said the owner died and the track is for sale. They want someone to take it and operate it ... want a weekend gig? :rotfl:

My name is Jeff Spieler my wife Michelle and I recently purchased the track. Although it's been closed for 9 years. We've spent thousands of dollars and countless hours getting it going again.
