I'm wanting to know if there is a discussion thread that allows people to arrange rides with other people or groups. For instance, I'm in NC and I want to go to a place to break in a new MX bike. Doesn't have to be a track, just a good field or woods section would be fine.

There is a Who to ride with forum here...
Who to Ride With, Where to Ride

However, best bet for NC is to look up NCHSA.ORG and go to a race (even if not racing) and talk to people. Most are pretty friendly in that series and like to help people along. They treated me really well back when I was riding.
