I wanted to become a subscriber, but they only wanted me to use some "pen pal" or something like that, which, I obviously don't know what it is , so I must not have it.
So how does one subscribe????

The site that you are referring to is PayPal. You can use Paypal with a regular credit card. I am a member of PayPal but if I remember correctly, you can send money w/o being a member.

Actually it doesn't cost anything to sign up. I like the fact that they copy you on all your transactions, kinda like having a receipt.
