I posted awhile back teling you how I bought a brand new bke to ride with my buddy---then he traded his bike in on an engagement ring. Well I thought I learned the first time. NOT. once again I bought a bike to ride with a friend--- then he sells it. Does anyone live in central MN that wouldlike to ride or at least know of a spot to go? I am having no luck!!!!!

I live in MN. The riding season is practically over here now, but here's some basic info for you.
Tracks with open riding:
Hurricane Hills (Mazeppa, MN)
Arkansaw MX (Arkansaw, WI) www.arkansawmx.com
Meadow Valley MX (Millville, MN)
Spring Creek (Millville, MN) occasional open practices
There's a lot of other tracks to race at including those mentioned above, but also:
Cambridge
Brookston
Mora
Granstburg, WI
Staples
Plainview
Elko
Deer River
My personal favorite for tracks in the area is Arkansaw MX. Check them out sometime. It's a haul down there, but it's worth it.
For trail riding, we have plenty of State forest trails, including Paul Bunyan State Forest (which is the best by far). It all depends upon how far you want to drive.
