I was woundering if anyone knows if a Blaster cyilender, head, and crank will fit in my 1979 Yamaha IT175. Also, if you have any other thoughts let me know. Thanks.

It may fit my CT1 has a CT2 motor with a 1975mx 175 top end and a DG head from a Blaster the fins on the head may not fit with your pipe also I dont know if your motor is the same as the MX stuff I used.

The mx and IT are the same.

I've got a 1979 IT 175 also, I haven't looked into whether a blaster jug will work, I guess when I need to bore the cylinder I will look into it.

Great bike hey. Well i have ridden better but in its time it would have been at the top of the game. The V-FORCE3 fits. My dealer just ordered me one will be in awile. That sould give it some more bottem end pull. Also, the head could work but, i am going to just port and polish it and call it done. Dose a torque spacer kit do anything.
