You need MapSource - the Garmin program.

OK, I downloaded to Mapsource, there is a "Send Mail" from file menu, I assume that will get it to you:) I need an addy

I will check,need to install program on a different PC, as my laptop caught on fire last week. I lost all my old tracks from previously downloaded rides. arrrgh
