It comes down to a "damned if you do" or "damned if you dont" situation. If we sit back and ignore Gregs ludicrious claim, there will be a good number of readers wondering if silence is an admission of guilt.

Its actually a no brainer, you have to defend. 
Jeremy spent over 11 years of his life in pursuit of developing a quality suspension company, 11 years of mostly 7 days a week, 15 - 20 hour days commitment to providing the best suspension on the market. You dont just turn your back on a potetionally damaging  claim which is completely unsubstantiated from a major competitor. Jeremy might wear his emotions on his sleeve from time to time, but you always know exactly where he stands.
 
 Does this "smack" of "boys club"? ....You better believe it does pal.

I researched all the major suspension companies before deciding to persue an allegiance with MX-TECH. I find myself to be in a very fortunate situation. Of all the companies out there, not one comes even remotely close to the quality of the suspension components and to the technical support of the associates. We as associates must maintain this same level of quality to our customers or we are history, plain and simple. 
 Its a very good system to maintain quality control for all of MX-TECH customers.

I hope this helps you  understand the seriousness of the fraudulent claim by the head technician at Pro Action.
