Jerky Exchange

I like Jerky. My SILRooster makes some good stuff, and mine isn't too bad if I do say so myself! But, I'd like to try some other creations. Is there any interest among the STMs in having a Jerky Exchange?
You know, I'll send some of my jerky to you and you send me back.
