jetting ?

I recently bought a 92 wr 200. The first thing I did to it was a new top end. It bogs just a little right on bottom and then pulls like a scalded ape up to around 1/2 throttle and then just goes flat still running but just doesnt feel like it is pulling hard. Could this be a jetting problem and if so how can I fix it, I dont understand jetting too well. I did a serch in the forums and it came back with 1000's of threads but i couldnt find one that seemed to fit my situation. also wondering if maybe this is the way the wr200 ran and there is nothing i can do about it. thanks for your help

I think those are symptoms of a lean main jet. Try a richer one
