I went to my fourth job fair yesterday, and I gotta say it was a major waste of time. They charged $10 just to get in the door, you drop your resume on the table, they shake your hand and say "Thanks for coming." Besides that, the jobs available in the listing in the local paper were about twice the amount of the actual jobs at the fair. Although I did find, and was offered a job last year from one of these fairs, they seem to be a major waste of time and energy if your dont have an MBA in your pocket. I think Im going to stick to web sites.
