Sold my daughter's Suzuki JR50 about a month ago and Sants brought her a new XR50R . Talk about a difference, oh my ! We got it out for the first time yesterday, started it up for the first time . Let it warm up and she put it in gear and pulled back on the throttle like she used to on the JR. Well, she got an awakening :-) The front end came up about 6" , she bobbled and took off. She made a couple laps around the yard and come back and stopped. She said " Dad, this thing really goes compared to the jr " Then I couldn't get her off of it.
After about a 1/2 hr she got the shifting down ( Jr only has one gear ) .
We took it out today and she was going down some pretty good trails. The jr is a good beginner bike but it isn't made for the trails.
If any other fathers have any questions just let me know,
Thanks,
Raz
