Jus for fun: should I go 250f or 450f???

I used to ride a 250 2-stroke in the intermediate class at local trax. This time around I'm riding with my 7 yr old son and will primarily ride at these trax on practice days with him now. I briefly rode a 250f last year and remember liking it. but I'm very much on the fence. I'm 39, 6'2" and 215 now. Looking for advise. Please help!

Do you want a heavy bike with a lot of torque or a really heavy bike with a ton of torque . . . ;)

I like 2 strokes. LOL. But the above is still true in a twisted sort of way.
