Well this actually a bit old(few months back), but I figured I would mention it. I had purchased a Renthal o-ring r-3 chain and when I finnally got home I COULD NOT for the life of me get the master link on. The pins were just too big, well there was a bunch of odd parts in the bag, with more than one master link clip. Apparently one is for a street bike. Anyways to make a long story short, I could not figure anything out, I had a bag of parts 2 friends that didn't know what to do, so I e-mailed renthal, and within 1 day they responded telling me exactly what to do. Figures I was missing the part (or thought I was) well it just got stuck in the crack of the box, but they offered to OVERNIGHT the clip to me because I had a harescramble on the weekend,
Rethal was willing to pay 26 bucks to send me a 10 cent clip.
Now THAT'S service.

Now to put the icing on the cake, I got a follow up e-mail asking how the harescramble went :aj: I was in SHOCK, these guys have my buisness for a long long time.

Way to go renthal
