My first guess would be yes. That bike pretty much stayed unchanged from 91-97. I looked at buykawaski.com and the heads are the identical part # from 94-95 but the cylinder is a slightly different part number. This may mean the cylinder was changed slightly internally but may still fit. I would check with the local Kawai dealer for confirmation.
