Kdx 200 aftermarket sfb ignition cover

Purchased a aftermarket sfb racing billet ignition cover fo my 2000 mod kdx here in Australia. Only problem is it dosn`t fit. It`s way to narrow and is just not big enough and seems to be for a bike with different electrics. The bloke at my local bike shop said that the auss version and the yanky version of the kdx could be different. Any idea`s

It may be. Any chance you could post a picture, or list measurements from one bolt to another?

Thanks mate for your reply. I`ve figured it out with abit of research. It`s for a usa or british mod or not the sr mod version of the kdx which we have here in australia. A bit of a shame really as its a nice looking cover........... Oh well i suppose i`ll stick it on ebay and try and recoupe some of my 100 bucks.
