I have a 1991 KDX 200 with stock forks and the they are too soft I have checked out the price of stiffer fork springs and the price of USD front forks, the USD front forks are gonna cost me $200 and the springs are gonna cost me around $200 aswell.

Just wondering if anyone can suggest any other cheaper options as im 15 years old and dont have endless supply of money I weigh 146LBs.

Thanks guys

A good inexpensive option for older non-cartridge forks:

Of course, you will need to make sure the fork spring rate is correct for your weight too. Check the Race Tech site spring rate calculator while you are there. You may not need new springs at your weight. If you do, they can be found much cheaper than $200.00.
