Kdx 250 1992

I just bought a 1992 KDX 250
starts 1st kick Goes great
Rings done not long ago
Motot knocks at idle only. Any ideas?

could possibly be either low-octane or just old gas. empty out that tank and put some fresh mix in there and see if it goes away.

A 2 stroke is not quiet, so what are you asking?

I suggest a tear down of the motor and the silencer. Start measuring the insides of the motor to make sure things are with in specs.
