Coming from a KDX200 how is the YZ-F going to feel to me. i ride in the woods that has some faster trails and some really tight stuff, i also race jr enduros and planning on doing some harescrambles. I also want to maybe race in the 125 class at some local moto tracks. What is the transition from the KDX to the YZ-F going to feel like in terms of motor, suspension and pretty much overall feel. also what is the maintainence like on them, and how frequent are valve adjustments and how hard are those. thanks

I think it will be a good switch for you. I have ridden a 250f and they are awesome! I think you should definently go for the YZ250F if you want to. The YZ-F is the most reliable 250f.

Are you getting new or used? If you are getting new, you should wait until the 06's come out and buy one then. The 06 has an aluminum frame and some other good stuff. The YZ-F is the most reliable 250f.
