HELLO EVERYBODY NEW KDX RIDER HERE I JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2003 KDX 200 AND FORGOT ABOUT THE 80. MY DAD GOT HI 03 220

ANYWAYS I NEED SOME HELP WITH SUSPENSION. I WEIGH 135 W/O GEAR AND RIDE MOSTLY TRAILS BUT DO HAIRSCRAMBLES WITH MX TRACKS ON THEM. AND I DO SOME SIDE MX. HOW SHOULD I SET THIS.

The best thing you can do with your suspension at this point is take it apart and grease it.

Check the 'Every kdx rider should read this...' at the top of the forum. Go to CDave's site. Read the new bike prep section.

...and the 5.0kg/mm spring on the back is too much spring. It doesn't balance with the oem front. You'll find that out when you set your race sag. Bet'cha your free sag will be way too much when you're done!
