KDX200 Vs. DRZ400e

My buddy has a 2003 Drz400e and im looking for a new bike
but want to make sure i can keep up with him
he is 6'1" @210lbs. and i 5'9" @140lbs

he wants me to get a four stroke but i prefer a 2 stroke
does anyone know the stock hp output of the kdx200
or the drz400

I think the DRZ400E is around 40HP, the KDX is about 30. That said, the KDX is a lot lighter and depending on the rider, will smoke the 400 in the tight stuff.

Handling, talent&experience, and weight are bigger factors than HP if you are going to be riding trails in my opinion, and if you are riding tight trails and are of equal talent&experience, then you'll smoke him on the KDX as Speedy said.
