Does anybody know for sure if Kennedy Meadows is year -round or has a red sticker season?

According to this list, it is open to red sticker bikes year round.

You'll have a hard time riding there in winter, though - it's pretty high up.

yup - i was just up there - all year - red sticker is a-ok

it's a fantastic place to ride!

Last weekend in Schaefer Meadow it felt like it was about 70 degrees at noon. Very pleasant. Some of the folks that went on the 4th of July ride said it probably got into the high 40's at night at Troy Meadows.

Tomorrow morning I will be about 9,000' up on Sherman Pass jeep trail. I suspect it might even be chilly.
