KLX 110 Questions

While I'm not sure if this is exactly on point for this forum (KLX is not a race bike), it seems that people around here may have helpful information. Specifically, I'm about to buy my son a KLX 110 (he's 8, it'll be his first bike) and I'm wondering what good prices for them are. MSRP is $1,649. Anyone know what people are acutally paying (pre-tax or, if OTD, what's the tax rate for where you're talking about).

well,im not enzactly sure because i financed my cr85,but i got my bike for 2800,then with the financing for 4 years and all of that other stuff,it came out to 4200...hope that helps a little

The cheapest one on cycletrader.com is $1520. I think you'd be doing real well to get one for that. There's not much mark up on the little bikes.
