Can someone tell me the recommemded valve clearance on a 2000 KLX300?

Exhaust 0.15-0.24mm = .006"-.0094"
Intake 0.10-0.19mm = .004"-.0075"
"T" on flywheel lined up with notch in engine case hole.

this was taken from another forum, not service manual, so don´t trust me...
