KTM 250EXC-F or 350EXC-F

Well, I'm going 4 stroke and orange. But have a few questions.
Does the 250 pull hiway speeds, secondary roads and not freeway. Its the 350 noticeable less flickable...remember I'm a 2 stroke guy and I love single track. But KTM has made it possible to ride on the roads to connect trails legally!
What are your thoughts, for those who have actually ridden them?
