Hi,

I wonder how I could fit my Ohlins fork from Paris-Dakar Honda
XR 650 RR into KTM 520 EXC 2002?
I'm sure that:
-I can use stock KTM's top triple clamp
-I need a bottom clamp

What about the front axle and brake?

I will be very appreciate if you could help me to figure this
out. Also, I'd like to purchase all needed parts to suit my 520
with Ohlins.

Best regards,

Greg.

You might as well use the front wheel assembly off the XR because you're going to need the axle that fits those forks (the XR one), and the XR wheel assembly wll probably be the best bet. The only thing is I'm not sure if the brake rotor off the XR wheel assembly will work with the KTM brake caliper.

For the triple clamp, call some aftermarket companies that make clamps because they most likely have one that will work for you. TAG should be able to hook you up.

greg2bz, why bother ? The WP can work just as well as the Ohlins. It's all in the setup.
