ktm exc 250 4-stroke

I've been riding a Suzuki DR-Z 250 and 400E for a couple years and am thinking about a KTM EXC 250 four stroke. I ride almost all tight, steep trails and only chug along pretty slow cause I'm still learning. Will the KTM be okay? Thanks.
