How much free play should the outter clutch hub have on a Pro Jr 50cc? Currently it wobbles all over the place.
The main gear is dammaged and I wonder if this was caused from the hub?
These are the things seem to be in ?. Main bearings, crank goes in and out a little after warmed up.

I tightened the inner hub up as much as possible and outter hub still loose.
Any body have experience with these?

1999 Pro JR, Dominator clutch. Automatic.

Could the inner hub, outside worn formprevius damage, limit clutch pad expansion thus alowwing outter hub more free play? Or, crank side movement when hot allowing hub more free play?

I'm deciding if what new parts to order. Could mean new crank, clutch both outter and inner hub and the main gear.

Or, maybe its just the inner hub and a new inner clutch hub as well as new gear is all i need?

What I found. I purchased the bike used. When I took it apart, there were two thrust washers for the clutch. I assumed that is how many should go back on.
Now I've learned there should be three washers for the clutch. Two between crank seal and outer hub, and one on inside. Make sure to use lock tite on outer nut, which is back ward threads. Let sit for 24 hours for lock tite to set up.

Unfortunately the primary gear is now wore prematurely due to the hub having too much free play from lack of washers.
So far the crank has been bent, clutch destroyed, flywheel rotor side bent and rotor damaged from rubbing against coil.

All this could have been prevented if only had I thoroughly tried to understand the manual and ? the # of washers from the beginning.

Hope this helps someone if they experience same problem.

Also, lapping the flywheel rotor as well as clutch hub to eliminate high points helps secure them. Just a little lapping.
