Currently it would be illegal in the 125 class, I've heard rumors the CMRC has finally removed their heads from their backsides and will allow the 144 in the 125 class next season like the AMA.
Hit the CMRC site and talk to Brett Lee if you want it straight from the horses mouth. I wouldn't feel comfortable telling you yes or no at this point.
ok thanks chili... i think i will buy an 125 like fylingfuzzball says i can big bore if it dosent work enough Haha. Wanted to know also is a 2005 have the same frame of an 2008 i want to Buy one but i am saying to myself why buy a new one that will brake anyways !!!! so i want to have one that has the same type of frame and setting as the 2008 or a other one that is also great !!! i am lokking between years 2004-2006..
