If a cup isnt pressed on all the way the gov balls can fall out. the new inkage part that comes up out of the case has got like a spring dampener on it that can help keep the P/V from slamming open or shut so hard . This wears out the governor and parts. The bearing in the gov assy can be replaced if wqorn out for like $5.00 at bearing house. The governor assy is expensive at like $ 65.00 or something .
