my kx doesnt have spark when i kick it over but when i push the kill switch it sparks but only if i click it like a relay

Sounds like you have a short.

Remove the plastics and trace your wires.

i did that and i cant just un hook the kill swith then it will only spark if i keep grounding out the wire my friends think its the cdi box

it is the kind of kill switch you have i used to have the the same one and you have to push it again to start the bike.

disconnect the kill switch it sound like it has a short in it , then kick it over and check for spark

heres a simple -dumb but effective suggestion- try a new plug- and see
