by the way my bike is a 2001 kdx 220 and when i mean durable i ride over 2000 km every year and the puck board show very little wear.

I think he means the "boards" of an ice rink. I believe all that is it white plexi glass 1/2" thick or so, then a metal frame ion the inside, with mabey plywood, then another piece of "puckboard"

puck board is white plexi, very durable (handles 100mph slap shots) and handle the woods riding i do even better. a little heat to bend and four hose clamps and your done. you can cut it with a jig saw. i get puck board from my local ice rink for free when they change it out for new stuff.
