Forgive me i'm a newbie. Im lookin through the local cycle trader and their are no KDX's listed. There are several KX's listed tho. Whats the difference?
the suspension will be stiffer. many KX's have good mid-range power which would make for a good trail bike. Go ride some of them and see what you think. You can always spend a few hundred more dollars to change the suspension characteristics.
ALOT! Gearing is different, the power is delivered differently, the suspension is softer on a KDX, a KX may foul out plugs in the woods if you don't stay on the pipe, an KDX won't. Night and Day. Not to mention the price difference...KDX is much cheaper.
KXs go really fast really good. KDXs go really slow really good. To make either bike do what the other is good at will cost you a whole lot of money - and then it won't do what it originally did well at all.
