KX100 bar move and cables

There are many pages of KX100 threads, so others may be interested in your feedback to:
I am moving the handlebars on my KX100 forward and up and need longer cables.
Does anyone know what cable would fit?
Has anyone put a longer rear brake lever on the bike and if so what did you purchase?

First try creative re-routing of cables. They must not be kinked, and must work properly through the entire working range of the steering. Sometimes if you bring the old cable into your dealer, they can find a slightly longer one. The cable on my RM is off of a YZ250 I think. Also, Terrycable supposedly specializes in custom cables, I haven't used them though.

I never thought of Terry Cable. I did re-route them and they work for now, but I am concerned that in the long run they will develop a bend in them.
