KX125 frame conversion to 06 KX250F frame

Hey. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on the possibility of putting an '04 KX125 motor into an '06 KX250F aluminum frame with the KX250F suspension. It might take some welding... but is it possible?

Anything is possible with the right amount of cutting and welding!
Worth the time / money / research/ aggrevation? Thats a question you have to ask yourself... I'm sure the motor mounts won't line up, and I'm not sure of the rear mount either. See if the swingarm bolt is the same diameter. You'd probably have to fabricate a head stay and mount also. You would probably also have airbox/carburetor alignment issues as well as exhaust/silencer mounts to weld up.

It would probably be a cool bike once you've got it done though!
