Kx250 Stator Parts Crossover Question

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone had any experience exchanging stators from different years of KX250's, specifically the 1993 KX250's.

I keep finding a lot of readily available stators from other years such as '94 and '98 but have a hard time finding the '93. Besides the wiring harness differences, does anyone know if the complete stator assemblies will interchange?

The wiring harness on a '92 appears the same on Kawasaki's parts site but the '94 doesn't. Yet when I see '94 stators they usually have the exact same multi-plug wiring. Just makes me wonder if some '94 models had crossed over parts.

A note: A 1994 Kx250 stator fits the 1993 Kx250 perfect.
