Confirmed: Langston has a broken wrist
The bad luck continues for Grant Langston. Turns out that the Red Bull KTM rider has a broken scafoid in his wrist, which has gone undiagnosed for some time. As a result, he will be out of the supercross series indefinitely, as Racer X first reported last Saturday afternoon. According to his trainer, John Louch, Langston will have surgery tomorrow or Thursday and will be out for as much as eight weeks. Langston hopes to be back in time for the Glen Helen outdoor national opener, but, like last year, he will probably have little riding time under his belt before the race. Racer X will let you know more as soon as something official comes out.
