Larger Carb on '95 Kdx?

Does anyone know if it is possible to goto a bigger carb size wihtout having to get the stock carb machined, or bored out? They come stock with 35's (everyone knows that, but just for info reasons), could you get one bigger that will just bolt on?

The KDX era PWK comes in two carb body sizes. The 35mm carb on the KDX is the largest PWK that utilizes the smaller body. I've tried a 38mm PWK, larger body size, and yes it will fit. It's tight around the boots but it fits.

I would think the bike would be wicked on top end but a dog on bottom end .

i know RB designs will bore out the stock carb. would that be a better way to go than throw on a bigger carb?

RB designs does the rebore and carb divider which will improve allround performance
