I like the quality/fit of Clarke best. But IMS is another option. I think even GYT-R (Yamaha OEM) offers one, but probably pretty pricey by comparison.

A friend has a 2000 yz250 with the clarke tank. It fits well and looks nice. Pretty sure the clarke tanks are quite a bit less expensive than the IMS. I think my IMS tank retails for something like $230, where a clarke is something like $165.00.

And FYI the url is: http://www.clarkemfg.com/

..I have one of their tanks for riding my CR in the dunes. I've never run an IMS, but the quality of the Clarke seems good and they apparently compare favorably to the IMS according to feedback on these forums.

I have the transparent ("natural") Clarke 2.8? gallon on my '01 CR 250. It does what a gas tank is supposed to do. Not too wide either in my opinion.

Plus, Clarke ships their tanks to you right away. That means, if you order it on Monday, you should have it in your hands before the weekend, even if they have to make one just for you. That's quick!
